Carmino Properties engages in acquiring properties such as town-home developments and apartment buildings that is under rental contracts and convert same into shared sales where by each unit is sold to individual owners who would then hold a share on the compound and Carmino Properties Limited would then hold the leases on the land for all those compound where applicable.
The company would also seek to acquire lands for either development or for the building of individual homes for specific clients. These homes would be build and sold based on market price and demand as may be required at the specific time for a particular approved person/family.
In addition, this department focus is to secure investment properties which can balance off a secure and reliable returns for the company while either holding its market value or increasing in same, thus providing company with a secure asset value and revenues.
