Mr. Carmino is a very hands-on director and is actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business.

Lisa Fraser recently joined the Carmino Team in July 2023, bringing approximately 30 years of banking, sales, and management knowledge and experience to the table. Ms. Fraser is charged with assisting the Company in realizing its regional and international real estate and property development aspirations within the stipulated benchmarks it has set for itself.

Michelle is charged with managing the day-to-day functions of the Department and Agents and overseeing the overall operations of regional and internal Branches, ensuring exceptional care and service are provided to all our
clients.
